We offer a 100% refund on any rugs you're not satisfied with.
We work hard to earn your business, and we want you to be completely happy with your order. If you aren't happy with your Stroud Braided Rugs, for any reason, you can return rugs within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund.
Please note:
- Returned rugs must be in new condition (free of stains, pet hair, odor, and visible signs of wear)
- We must receive your return within 30 days of the date you received the order
- You must contact us before returning your rugs (unauthorized returns will be refunded at 75%)
- Please do not use UPS for returns (we have had some problems with the drivers on our route).
Return Shipping
If we have made an error with your order (shipped the wrong size, shape, or design) or if there's a defect with your rug, we will pay to have it shipped back to us and rectify the situation. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We ship our rugs to you for free, but we simply couldn't stay in business if we offered free return shipping. In fact, as of this writing, there is no company that manufactures braided rugs in the USA that ships for free both ways. The cost of production is simply too high, and we have to pay our workers decent wages. We hope you understand. If you would like, we will send you a shipping label you can use to get our negotiated, discounted FedEx rates. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you're unsure about which rug to buy, we will ship you
rug samples for free--samples that you can keep.
Reminder:
Since all of our rugs are made-to-order and we don't warehouse any products, we offer
free samples of any colors and yarns to help you make sure you're ordering what you want. Just contact us and we'll be happy to send you samples of any rugs you're interested in for free.

Note: We are always happy to make custom rugs (rugs in a design or color combination not available on our web site), but we do not accept returns on custom rugs or rugs made in custom sizes. If you're unsure about your custom rug, we're happy to send you a free sample. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on rugs that have already been returned once. If you are receiving an exchange rug, we encourage you to request a sample first to make sure the second rug meets your needs.
