To the Contiguous United States (48 states), we offer free shipping on every order, large and small.
It costs us a LOT more to ship to areas outside the lower 48 states. We charge a flat fee for shipping to these areas to help offset the cost.

You will be charged Canadian taxes on your purchase (GST, PST, or HST depending on where you live). Please contact us if you have questions about shipping to Canada.

Do you offer free return shipping?
If we have made an error with your order (shipped the wrong size, shape, or design) or if there's a defect with your rug, we will pay to have it shipped back to us and rectify the situation. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We ship our rugs to you for free, but we simply couldn't stay in business if we offered free return shipping. In fact, as of this writing, there is no company that manufactures braided rugs in the USA that ships for free both ways. The cost of production is simply too high, and we have to pay our workers decent wages. We hope you understand. If you would like, we will send you a shipping label you can use to get our negotiated, discounted FedEx rates. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you're unsure about which rug to buy, we will ship you
rug samples for free--samples that you can keep.
