We only sell our rugs here on our web site and on Amazon.com (you'll find a smaller collection and higher prices on Amazon).

Do you have a catalog?
No, since all of our customers are online and our product line expands every year, we do not have a printed catalog.

Do you make custom rugs?
Yes. We can make rugs to match your decor or designs, up to 25' x 25'. Details »

Returns

We work hard to earn your business, and we want you to be completely happy with your order. We offer a 100% refund on any rugs you're not satisfied with. Returned rugs must be in new condition and received by us within 30 days of the date you received your order.

We offer free yarn samples of all of our rugs.
